Our experiences are designed to bring people together through thoughtful conversation, creativity, movement, and wellness in a way that feels approachable, intentional, and genuinely enjoyable. Always beginner-friendly, always welcoming, and always a little bit Nadi Certified.
This May, our calendar centres around mindful connection and perspective-shifting experiences, from functional breathwork and guided painting to intimate conversations inspired by literature and community. A slower, more considered month of gatherings designed to help you reconnect, reflect, and meet like-minded people along the way.

The Nadi Book Club
We’re gathering for an evening of thoughtful conversation, centred around My Friends by Fredrik Backman.
Hosted at The Workshop Dubai, this session invites you into a dialogue that gently challenges perspective, exploring the nuances of connection, identity, and the stories we carry.
Curated by Deema Al Alami, whose considered approach brings depth and intention to every experience, this gathering reflects our shared belief in the power of conversation to expand, shift, and connect.

MINDFUL EVENING
We’re welcoming you to a mindful evening designed to help you slow down and reconnect.
An experience centred around breathwork, relaxation, and intentionality, beginning with a functional breathwork session to gently ground the body and regulate the nervous system. From there, guests are invited to ease into a quieter, more creative space with optional guided painting.
This gathering reflects our belief that wellbeing doesn’t need to be complicated, it’s found in simple, intentional moments that allow you to reset, soften, and be present.
Qi Gong by the Beach
Begin your morning with gentle, guided movement by the sea. Through breath and slow, flowing motion, restore balance, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. A quiet, grounding start before the city accelerates.
An Evening of Oud Music
An intimate night of live oud and shared presence. Step into a slower rhythm as timeless melodies fill the room and conversation flows naturally.
