Each class or experience can be booked on a pay-as-you go basis. No membership needed to try out. Our program is made up of creative workshops, fitness and wellness activities and bespoke social events & experiences - designed for adults of all ages—beginner-friendly, comfortable, and always a good time. Or as we like to say, ‘Nadi Certified!’
For April, we’re trying something a little different, keeping things more flexible and responsive to the moment. Instead of sharing a full monthly program upfront, we will be announcing each gathering about a week in advance.

Qi Gong by the Beach
Begin your morning with gentle, guided movement by the sea. Through breath and slow, flowing motion, restore balance, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. A quiet, grounding start before the city accelerates.

An intimate night of live oud and shared presence. Step into a slower rhythm as timeless melodies fill the room and conversation flows naturally.

Get to know why Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the world! Open play means you can drop by anytime during this window and get paired with similar ability and coach. Don't want to play? Come by for just a coffee and see what its all about - commitment free!
It is a sport for all ages and abilities. Easy to learn and hard to master, but most importantly a lot of fun. Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong and played on a badminton-sized court with a slightly modified tennis net. It is also ow-impact, so you're less likely to get injuries and it's suiutable for players of all ages and abilities.
