We’re welcoming you to a mindful evening designed to help you slow down and reconnect.
An experience centred around breathwork, relaxation, and intentionality, beginning with a functional breathwork session to gently ground the body and regulate the nervous system. From there, guests are invited to ease into a quieter, more creative space with optional guided painting.
This gathering reflects our belief that wellbeing doesn’t need to be complicated, it’s found in simple, intentional moments that allow you to reset, soften, and be present.
